It is quite amazing the amount of people who have gained so much from meditation. From something done so slowly and even in a small amount of time it can change so much for the better.
Often the meditation process is used to develop the small aspects of yourself that have not yet been reached. In other words the development of yourself though this non-physical yet extremely physical way (nice contradiction I know) is often the most challenging of all the processes. When you open to yourself wonderful things can happen. When you are closed to yourself all that you do is to restrict your own potential.
So often it is true that through Meditation it is opening and becoming your true self. So that by starting today you are opening to yourself.
